How does the Emby integration work?
Subly Dashboard connects directly to the Emby API using the URL and API key of your servers. You can create, update, migrate and delete Emby users from the dashboard without touching the servers manually.
Does Subly host or distribute content?
No. Subly Dashboard is a management tool. We don't store, host or distribute any content. We only manage users, subscriptions and configurations of your Emby servers.
How do credits work?
Operators have an assigned credit wallet to manage client accounts. When they create a client account, credits are automatically deducted according to the product cost. You can top up credits whenever needed.
What happens if a subscription expires?
Automations automatically detect expirations. They block access in Emby, mark the client as inactive and can remove inactive users after 7 days if there's no renewal.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export the most important data from our database. Trust and transparency are part of our values.
